[Update] Config Window: 文言の調整、日本語と英語。

スレッショルドの設定項目 手動自動切り替え時にそれぞれの文章を入れ込む方式に変更。柔軟性はあるが、今のところ切替時にスイッチの位置が変わってしまう。
