c98912f31b [Update] Mic Word Filter: UI改善、リスト表記にし、追加や削除も直感的に行えるように。※_SettingBoxGenerator.py内に追加された関数が、汎用的ではなく、ワードフィルター専用状態です。 
config.py: 登録された単語は一意になるように、順序を保持しつつ重複削除処理。
その他ワードフィルターの説明文言調整など。

7cc7b5a7c3 [Update] 使用ディスプレイサイズの大きさ(高さ)より、VRCT起動時のウィンドウの方が大きい場合の対応。UI Scalingを20%下げて再起動するかどうかの確認モーダルを表示。 
それにともない確認モーダルの汎用化。
さらにそれに伴い計算の都合上UI Scalingが40%から200%で10%刻みに対応（選択できるように）しました。

5283741f30 [Update] Config Window: 文言の調整、日本語と英語。 
スレッショルドの設定項目 手動自動切り替え時にそれぞれの文章を入れ込む方式に変更。柔軟性はあるが、今のところ切替時にスイッチの位置が変わってしまう。

[Refactor] CTkScrollableFrameを使用しているwidgetのUI Size変更対応やCTKのheight bug修正をui_utils.pyへ関数切り出し。
